Adding an Indicator

  1. Click the Indicators button on the chart toolbar
  2. Browse categories or search by name
  3. Click an indicator to add it to the chart
  4. Double-click to configure parameters before adding

Configuring Parameters

Each indicator has configurable parameters (period, source, colors, line width, etc.):

  1. Click the indicator label on the chart (or in the indicator list)
  2. The settings panel opens with all available parameters
  3. Adjust values -- changes apply immediately
  4. Close the settings panel when done

Description Panel

When browsing indicators, the description panel shows detailed help:

  • What the indicator measures
  • How to interpret the output
  • Common parameter values
  • Trading applications

Removing an Indicator

  • Click the X icon next to the indicator name in the chart's indicator list
  • Or right-click the indicator line on the chart and select Remove

Indicator Visibility

  • Click the eye icon to toggle visibility without removing
  • Useful for temporarily hiding indicators while keeping their configuration
