Notifications
When an alert triggers, ChartLabs can notify you through multiple channels simultaneously.
Notification Channels
Popup (In-App)
A toast notification appears in the ChartLabs interface. Enabled by default.
Sound
An audible alert plays when the condition is met.
- Sound selection -- Choose from available alert sounds
- Repeat count -- How many times the sound plays (default: 1)
Email
A notification is sent to your account email address. Useful for when you are away from ChartLabs.
Webhook
An HTTP POST request is sent to a custom URL. Useful for integrating alerts with external systems, bots, or automation workflows.
Default Settings
When creating a new alert, the defaults are:

Combining Channels
You can enable multiple notification channels for a single alert. For example, enable both Popup and Email so you see it immediately if online and receive an email as backup.
