Quick Start ​

Get up and running with ChartLabs in under 5 minutes.

Step 1: Sign Up and Log In ​

Go to chartlabs.co, create an account, and log in. You will land on the main platform view at /charts.

Step 2: Select an Instrument ​

Click the instrument name in the chart tab header, or use the search panel in the right sidebar. Type a symbol (e.g., "AAPL", "EURUSD", "BTC") and click to load it on the chart.

Step 3: Change the Timeframe ​

Use the timeframe selector on the chart toolbar to switch between:

  • Minutes: 1, 5, 15, 30
  • Hours: 1, 4
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly

Step 4: Add Indicators ​

  1. Click the Indicators button on the chart toolbar
  2. Browse or search for an indicator
  3. Click to add it to the chart

Try adding a Moving Average or RSI to start.

Step 5: Create a Watchlist ​

  1. Click the Watchlist icon in the sidebar
  2. Click the + button to create a new watchlist
  3. Search for instruments and click to add them
  4. Watch real-time bid, ask, and last prices update

Step 6: Start Paper Trading ​

  1. Click the Trading icon in the sidebar
  2. Select Paper Trading as your broker
  3. Click Create Account
  4. Right-click any chart to Buy or Sell at the clicked price

Step 7: Save Your Workspace ​

  1. Click the workspace dropdown in the top toolbar
  2. Click Save
  3. Enter a name for your workspace
  4. Your entire layout, instruments, indicators, and panel sizes are saved
